Waynesfield, Ohio is a small rural community in northwestern Ohio with a population of 850 people. Waynesfield went through a major lagoon overhaul in 2016 and 2017 where they added a third lagoon, two baffle walls, and Bradley Innovation Group equipment. Covalen installed nine Bobbers with media and 8 ProFusions in Waynesfield commissioned the equipment in March 2017.

Waynesfield has been in compliance with their permit limits on ammonia, BOD, and TSS since the Bradley equipment was installed and all numbers continued to improve in the following months in 2017 and 2018.

Waynesfield’s lagoons saw a reduction in the number of elevated ammonia measurements approaching their permit limits and no measurements exceeding the limits after the installation of the ProFusions in March 2017.

From 2017 to 2018 Waynesfield’s lagoons saw a reduction in TSS as shown by the trendline above.
