Amphidrome

Amphidrome

Covalen is proud to represent Amphidrome, Advanced Treatment Solutions in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

The Amphidrome® system is an economically and energy efficient decentralized wastewater treatment solution designed to meet site constraints and regulatory requirements. Using a Biologically Active Filter system, Amphidrome uses both filtration to remove suspended solids and a high biomass concentration to treat biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), ammonia, and nitrates in wastewater with additional filtration options available.

With more than 110 installations nationwide, the Amphidrome system’s effectiveness has been proven. Typical applications include municipal, condominiums, hospitals, schools, shopping malls, and decentralized treatment plants. Additional benefits of the Amphidrome system include low visual site impact, small footprint, low audible site impacts, ease of operation, customized touch screen controls, easy upgrades, remote operation, and aftermarket training for operators.

When backed by Covalen’s superior support and experience, a decision to use and implement an Amphidrome treatment plant becomes easy.
